Haley’s House is a critically needed home, a place of safety and refuge for vulnerable and abandoned Cambodian children. Located just outside the capital city of Phnom Penh, most of the children here share a sad yet common background: their parents are suffering from HIV/AIDS and are unable to care for them, they are orphans of parents who died from this disease or, perhaps just as cruelly, they have been forsaken by their parents altogether.

The mission of Haley’s House is to provide Christian values, positive transformation and life skills training that will prepare these children not just for a future, but for a significantly better future. Our vision—and Haley’s—is to empower these children to master both practical and creative means of providing for their own livelihood as adults. Just as loving parents would.

The main facility was completed by the family of Haley Pharr in 2007. The children at Haley’s House are being fed, clothed, educated and cared for by the grace of God with God’s provision. Our work now—work which we invite you to join—is to make the ministry self-sustaining.

Haley’s House has a physical capacity of 100 children however—sadly, painfully, impossibly—our financial situation only allows us to house and adequately care for about 50 children. The financial needs of this mission are immediate and immense. We are looking for people, companies, schools, churches to partner with us to contend with Cambodia’s orphan population, even if it’s one child at a time.
